PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN GURU DALAM PEMBUATAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN INOVATIF MELALUI PENDAMPINGAN PAKAR MEDIA DI MTsN 7 JEMBER TAHUN PELAJARAN 2021/2022

The results of initial observations in the field that can still be found, there are teachers who have not used innovative learning media in learning. Blackboard is still a favorite medium in learning. Therefore, this study aims to find alternative problem solving as an effort to improve teachers' ability to create innovative learning media for teaching at MTsN 7 Jember through the assistance of media experts. This type of research is Madrasa Action Research, which takes an approach to improve education by making changes towards improving madrasah. The data from this study were analyzed using descriptive techniques. This research was conducted at MTsN 7 Jember with 41 teachers as research subjects. Broadly speaking, this research is divided into two cycles, where in each cycle there are four stages that are commonly passed in this research, namely planning, implementing, observing (observation), and reflecting. The research was carried out in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 school year for two consecutive weeks. The result of the research is that media expert assistance can improve teachers' ability to create innovative learning media at MTsN 7 Jember. The data obtained shows that after implementing the action in the form of mentoring, 25 teachers can make innovative learning media, 12 teachers are less able, 4 teachers have not made media.
