This research is a class action research with research subjects being students of MTs N 2 Jember Regency. This research was conducted in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 1 meeting. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques using tests and observations. Based on the results of the research and discussion of the results in the previous chapter, the researcher makes several conclusions. First, the problem faced by students in reading comprehension is their motivation in reading. Therefore, the Multiple Intelligence strategy uses interesting learning activities, so that students are motivated in reading and have positive behavior in the reading learning process. The Multiple Intelligence strategy can be used as an alternative strategy, which combines students' intelligence in solving reading comprehension questions. The strengths of the Multiple Intelligence strategy are: making students learn by doing, motivating students to learn, avoiding boredom, helping students to be more active, creative, independent, and responsible for learning, and helping teachers become creative planners of the learning process.
