SDM UNGGUL DI MTS NEGERI 7 JEMBER MELALUI KEGIATAN ”MYRES”

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to describe how to carry out MYRES activities in creating superior human resources at MTsN 7 Jember and to describe the results of implementing MYRES activities in realizing superior human resources at MTsN 7 Jember. In this study, the strategy used by the author was: 1) forming a research team with an SK by the head of the Madrasah. 2 ) SCIENCE, IPS and religion. 3). Form a WA group with the name of the research group to facilitate communication. 4). Planning training on KIR with future resource persons who are experts in the field of KIR. 5) planning cooperation with POLIJE regarding laboratories for research. 6). Planning to cooperate with literacy institutions regarding writing correct scientific papers. By carrying out intensive guidance by holding KIR writing training, students and teachers as training participants will become more aware of what MYRES is and how to do it. Starting from understanding writing, exploring ideas to find problems that will be used as material for solving them. With intense guidance to the students under their guidance according to the schedule that has been made by each field group. This research activity is a long process and cannot be instantaneous. Therefore it requires a good management process, requires an intense and well-organized coaching schedule for all types of activities, because it requires patience, thoroughness, and high enthusiasm to achieve success.
